Choose 'em: Unless he falls victim to Carlo Ancelotti's mild tinkering habit, Michael Ballack (9.86) looks a great shout for Chelsea. The German costs half as much as Frank Lampard (19.22) but has only slightly fewer points - 53.5 to 67.5 - from the same number of games. Yossi Benayoun (12.24) might have tricked The Fantasist once, but he's not going to do it again. Sign him quick, before he bangs in another hat-trick. No apology for banging on about Liverpool players - they're playing Hull for pity's sake - wouldn't you say Steven Gerrard (20.51) looks tempting? A couple of so-so performances have made Aaron Lennon (11.50) affordable, and you have to think he'll flippin' murder Burnley. And how about loveable El-Hadji Diouf (7.27) against Aston Villa?

Lose 'em: The Fantasist has flip-flopped on Benayoun, but it remains resolutely anti-Ryan Giggs (14.65). Only in Fantasy terms, you understand. When Tim Cahill (9.97) isn't leaping like a salmon, it seems he isn't doing very much at all. He averages just 4.4 points per game and should be left alone, even against Portsmouth (gulp). Look up the word 'obdurate' in the dictionary and you'll see the big ugly mugs of the Birmingham back four staring back at you. Which makes the normally magnificent Matthew Taylor (16.24) a risk - although he should get some free-kicks. It was good to see Joe Cole (8.94) and Yuri Zhirkov (5.65) in Carling Cup action, but it would be a surprise if either makes much of an impact on Saturday.
