Midfielder Steven Pienaar revealed that manager David Moyes has been impressing on the squad that he wants an upturn in form ahead of the FA Cup final against Chelsea.
The Toffees have won only one of their four league matches since reaching the Wembley showpiece, but are assured of European qualification and a top-six finish.
Carlton Cole is set to return from his groin injury to help the club's final push for a European place.
The 25-year-old, who was injured while on England duty in March, has been back in full training and will be in the squad for the Barclays Premier League match at Everton this weekend.
